Section 25D (residential 30% credit) expired Dec 31, 2025. Section 48E (30% credit for third-party-owned PPA systems) is still active through Dec 31, 2027. Massachusetts SMART 3.0 and net metering continue.

What does “$0 down” really mean?

No upfront cost at install. With a loan, you still own the system and make fixed monthly payments. With a PPA, a third party owns the system and you pay a per-kWh rate. It does NOT mean free solar.
